Benzie County is inviting qualified cleaning agencies and their teams (herein referred to Agency) to submit a bid for consideration to provide cleaning services in the buildings of the Benzie County Governmental Campus at 448 Court Place. These services would include the cleaning of offices, common areas and meeting rooms in the Governmental Center and Sheriff’s Office.

BACKGROUND: Benzie County has contracted with Agencies in the past to clean buildings, includes their office areas, bathrooms, common areas, and meeting rooms. Agencies shall be prepared to provide general janitorial services, including window cleaning inside, carpet vacuuming and tiled floor mopping.
