Benzie County is inviting qualified architectural firms and their teams (herein referred to as Architect or Firm) to submit a bid for consideration to provide architecture and design services for the purpose of designing an effective space for Central Dispatch functions, Emergency Management Operations, and common space in the lower level of the Sheriff’s Office, including a gym and storage. The current footprint may be expanded upon from its current 10,000 square foot footprint.
We have scheduled two one-hour time blocks for folks to walk through and ask questions.
Wednesday, May 25 from 1pm-2pm and Thursday, May 26 from 10am-11am.
You will stop into the Sheriff's Office at 505 Michigan Avenue (same campus as the Governmental Center) and head in the main entrance. Suzi Mills is the Administrative Assistant who will be able to point you to the correct folks for the walkthrough.
