Freedom of Information Act requests will be charged at the cost of labor plus benefits for the lowest paid employee able to compile the requested documents. A charge often cents per copy for each page provided will be assessed. The cost of mailing and the actual cost of any other materials required for the request will be assessed.

FOIA fees may also include reasonable fees incurred for legal or other expert advice necessary to determine if a public record or any part thereof is or is not exempt from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act. The requesting party will be informed.
