We are excited to announce that MORGAN CIVIL PROCESS will be handling any
Civil Process dropped off or mailed to our office.

Several factors went into the decision and ultimately it was decided that the Sheriff's Office could be of better service to the citizens and community by not taking on process serving.
The current staffing and duty assignments do not allow the Benzie County Sheriff's Office to aggressively pursue individuals for the purpose of serving.
